"What does Paramātmā, the Supreme Lord who lives in the heart of everyone, think? Is anyone unimportant? Every single person exists manifested by the Supreme Lord, and each one has a glorious prospect."
We do it on autopilot: this one is interesting, that one is useful, and the third is a nobody. Śrī Prem Prayojan Prabhu shows where the measuring stick comes from: we have identified ourselves with the body, and we measure others by the same scale — clothes, position, speech. He names the source of the habit: ahaṅkāra, the false "I". Then he turns the view around: what does Paramātmā, the Supreme Lord living in the heart of everyone, think about it? Is anyone unimportant to him? Every single person exists because the Supreme Lord has manifested him. And however wretched another may look, and however wretched you may think you yourself are, every soul carries a glorious spiritual prospect ahead.
Over your beads: the one in every heart knows no spare people — nor me.
