"We have been ants, we have been birds, we have been dogs, we have been cows, we have been through all different species, 8,400,000 species of life. … Now our soul has taken birth in this human form. This human form is your ticket out of the material world."
Being human feels like a given. Śrī Prem Prayojan Prabhu widens the frame. The soul has been wandering here for millions of years: it has been an ant, a bird, a dog, a cow — through all 8,400,000 species — and only after thousands of turns of the wheel of karma has it taken birth in a human form. Scripture calls it su-durlabham, extremely rare, and artha-dam, the form that awards the highest goal. It is as temporary as any other body, yet only from here is there a way out, and only from here is the greatest treasure — love — reachable. So the lecture hurries us: quickly, without being lazy, with full enthusiasm — time is very short. Neglect this chance and karma slides you back down into the lower species.
This chance is one in 8,400,000. Do not put it off.
